Dash Repair?

Anyone know somewhere local (York county and vicinity) that can repair or recover dash boards? This is what I am trying to fix up:

I would try the auto upholostry shop located at Sherman and Phillidelphia ave in the city. I can not remember the name of it right now but they always look busy at the shop
