Charlie,

I definitely have tire envy >:(

I'll take the 35's off your hands so you can get some 37's.  I of course expect a steep discount since they are used ;D

I'm beginning to feel inadequate ::) - tire wise :P

Well, to follow the topic:  I took the spare parts out of my TJ so my wife can borrow it next week while her Liberty is in the body shop.  She had an encounter with wildlife and slippery roads this morning.  Fortunately, nothing but the Liberty was hurt.  Some body work, new wheel and tire, and new steering components are in order for the Liberty.

I already warned her that the TJ has a shorter wheel base and would likely end up on it's side if she repeats today's maneuver ::)

Yeah Mike, it sure did get way off base. 1/2 the posts in this thread are totally off subject. I thought this was a family oriented forum  ???

Good question Wobble!

I had the newly reworked rig on the trails today. What a difference...I love it!

It performed better than I though, it has a great ride and gives me good control. I'm very happy with the set-up and I still endorse Hoak's Four Wheel Drive Center for their work and knowledge.

Sounds like they don't have too much of a backlog of work at Hoak's right now.  You didn't have to make an appt. weeks in advance?

Angie, Hoak's is about two-to-three weeks out at this time, depending on what type of work that needs to be done.

The Latest Modifications:

BDS Upper adjustable controls arms. (Four)
BDS Lower fixed control arms rear. (Front previously installed)
BDS Stainless steel extended brake lines. (Four)
BDS Adjustable front track bar and relocation bracket.
BDS 9500 gas charged shocks.(Four)
BDS Rear track bar relocation kit.
BDS Rear sway bar links.
BDS Rear lower shock mount extensions. (Two)
BDS 4.5" coil springs. (Four)
JKS 1.25" Body lift
Xenon 6" Flat fender flares. (Four)
Cragar Silver Soft Eight wheels, 15x8". (Five)
BF Goodrich 35x12.50x15"  KM2 Mud Terrain tires. (Five)

Again, I need to thank Mike, Dave and Eric from Hoak's Four Wheel Drive Center for all the time, knowledge and effort. This was not a straight "Box Kit" type of job, it was pieced together to obtain specific goals.

Mike spent hours with me over several weeks going over short-arm, long-arm, standard box kits and custom options to deliver a set-up and meet a budget. Mike accomplished these goals.
I can not forget Trae for all the laughs he provided while harassing Mike the entire time.
