I added a dual compressor Viar air system. 2 - 450cc compressirs really work well. I tested it and was able to inflate all 4 tires in less than 10 minutes and was able to use the impact wrench successfully.

I put the axle shafts back into the front and installed the tires. Realized I need to repair the threads on the tie rod ends to put them back on.

Unless it was two years ago I doubt it. It's been parked in my parents back yard for about a year and a half. Been trying to get a few projects done between getting laid off and now working 6 days a week and trying to buy a house, it's been a long process.

I replaced the rear shaft u joints and then drove it over my sister's dog. The Jeep made it through that one easily, but the dog and my wallet did not.

Well thank you! I can't wait to drive it again, almost 2 years now. I should have just paid the money to have a shop install the gears. Or just did it myself.

Rick, that's what I do most of the time. :D

I put the hi-lift, compressor and a few other things in for the ride Saturday.

I'm ready.

I bought a tie rod end for mine, and thought real hard about possibly putting it on. Don't think it will happen today.

Well, I finally resorted to high heat on the steering shaft yesterday. I borrowed Grant's portable torch and that screw was cooked out. However, the shaft is toasted too. I knew it.
Oh well, now I need to work some over-time to get another Borgeson or Flaming River shaft  >:(

I put the steering on, bled the brakes and moved it for the first time in almost 2 years. Let's just say she's got some bugs to be worked out.

Death Wobble you musta been doing something to yours today I assume? I saw you at Advance Auto along 30 this afternoon.
