OHV is a great family event. I think this is like my 10th year in a row and 6th or 7th year as head trail guild. ;D

And I raised the driver seat in the YJ by 1.5". I could not see a thing. :D

Worked on the deck lid, it's about half way done. I want to get it done for the KOH, 50/50 weekend.

No pics,
I did more on it today. I might not have a latch made untill after KOH but the top should be done if it keeps going as good as it's going. And sealing it to the hard top will be the last thing I do but that is no biggie, not like anything is water tight on the rest of the Jeep. ;)

Its done for now ;D finished a way to hold both sides down and even put a lock on it. When the top goes back on in the fall it will get a "hard top to deck lid" seal to keep most of the rain/snow out.

Ted's diamond plate CJ8 deck lid is pretty cool. I checked it out when he had it over over at Norm's.  ;D

Thanks Mike, It worked great at KOH

Well onto the next project, stoped at Napa for tune up stuff and fly wheel starter gear. The old girl din't run the best and starting was troubled by a worn gear.

Plugs and wires are in, but...  dizzy is out due to the cap holes being mostly stripped and wont hold the cap very good.
