Hi Jenn,

That CJ2A is looking good.  Where did you get all of your parts for it?  I have a 1946 CJ2A. I bought it in Feb. 2013 and havn't done anything to it yet. Just finished a frame off on my 1985 CJ-7 in July.   Thanks, Mark

Hi Brad,
Could I get away with 33 x 12.50 tires with stock flares ?

Looks like you guys had a good trip.  I have some questions for the guy with the Cj-7.  What for lift and how many inches is it ?  What size tires and rims are they and the backspacing on the rims ?  I am getting ready to put a lift on my Cj-7 and was just curious.   Thanks , Mark

I bought 2 of them.  They are pretty cool looking.  My son has a 1946 CJ-2A sitting in the back yard in pieces.  We are working on it a little at a time.

Hey Rick,  I will probably use a YJ tub with a CJ grill.

9
Hey Ted,   Any particular years better than any other years as far as the YJ tubs go ?

Hey Bob,  I will be using the Jeep as a daily driver and occasionally hitting the trails.

Thanks for the information.

Hello All,

I need to replace the body on my CJ -7.  Should I do a steel body or a fiberglass body ? I would like to get a couple suggestions as to which way to go.  Thanks in advanced for your feed back.

Thanks for the information.  How did you clean the frame ?  What for primer did you use on the frame before you painted it ?    I am going to do a frame for my CJ -7.   that is why I am asking these questions.   Thanks again.

Hi Jenn,   What for paint did you use on the frame?

I have a Craftsman Professional   1.8 Hp  25 Gallon  150 PSI   horizontal portable one that I take everywhere and it works great.   I grind with it and have sprayed 4 entire automobiles with it.  The compressor has no trouble keeping up to the task.  I have had no trouble with this compressor and I have had it it for about 5 years.  As far as tools go I have mostly Ingersal Rand and a couple Harbor Freight tools.
