44a L.S. (3.73) was factory in most of the V8 models, if the ZJ is a 4.0 six and has a 44a it was special order or upgraded by the previous owner

I was doing my T.C. drop today on my 96 zj, I was spraying the bolts with penetrating oil and noticed one of the cross member bolts was already loose. When I went to tighten the bolt, the nut was turning on the inside of the uni-body. Is there any solutions to this problem other than drilling a hole in the floor just above this problem nut so I can remove it, and install the new nut and bolt. The other 3 nuts are OK...Need any advice

Looking to swap my current 247/249 Qudra drive transfer case for a 242 select trac in my 1996 ZJ 5.2. Will this be a direct swap? or can I expect to do some mods to the input shaft of the transfer and drive shafts? any help or web links would greatly be a appreciated.
