First Aid Information / Does anyone here offer a "field medic" or Wilderness EMT type class?

It's been 10 plus years since my EMT expired and I have zero interest in becoming affiliated with a Fire company or riding private Ambo ever again... this is for my use and "just in-case stuff happens" type of deal.... Any info is appreciated etc..
