I have a factory console shifter from a '96 ZJ if that helps.  Matter of fact, that ZJ still has the OEM column and steering gear...

in compliance (ahead of schedule for once!)  Never been one to type something that I wouldn't say to someone's face.

Ok, I must have missed something....what was wrong with the announcer?  Could someone please clue me in?

I thought that the show ran smoothly considering the heat and the new layout of things.

This was my third year attending the PA Jeeps show.  I have to agree with everyone else that the heat was oppressive, but that was completely out of anyone's control.  I had a great time and talked with a lot of great people.  I didn't get a chance to walk around the show field like I wanted to though.  I tell you what, a late night run to Wal-Mart for an inflatable kiddie pool was great!  My 2 year old was very happy and it helped her deal with the heat and humidity very well.

I look forward to many more years of attending/vending at this show!!

To all of the PA Jeeps volunteers, THANK YOU for all of your hard work!!

Technical Advice and Questions / Re: Radio Issue
« on: June 20, 2008, 10:30:40 pm »
Is it the stock radio you are having problems with?  Have you had it out of the dash recently?  Some radios will power up but not have any sound output without the antenna wire being plugged in.

Technical Advice and Questions / Title help please
« on: June 20, 2008, 10:27:10 pm »
Ok, since I am not familiar with PA's lien laws, I am hoping someone on here can help me out.  I have a vehicle in my shop that has been there for over 18 months.  I have tried numerous times through many channels to contact the owner.  No response back from the owner.  I know him and used to work with him in the service.  I don't want to do this to him, but he is not leaving me any options.

Opinions, info, and/or help?

Technical Advice and Questions / Re: stick vs auto???

Everyone has their own personal preference.  What do you like/find easier to drive/wheel with?  I know a lot of people that won't drive an automatic at all.  Then I know some that don't know how to drive a manual tranny at all.  Both have advantages and both have disadvantages.

your dana 300 should have a 23 spline input and your tranny should have a 21 spline output.  Check with Novak and/or Advance Adapters.  They should have what you need.  Not sure, but you might be able to get a 6 cylinder auto tranny and swap the output shaft to what you need.

Hard to tell in the pic.  Is it in the diff or the exhaust tubing?  Can you take another pic from a different/better angle?

Little more info please.  What vehicle and what exactly are you talking about?

That kills me.  They took away guaranteed income for speculative/potential income.  Only thinking short-term gains will bite you every time.  I'm glad that their project is stalled.  I'm also glad to see the communities voices what they think instead of sitting back and being quite.

I can also make them for you if needed.  Like Lt. Dan said, just need to know that you want/need them to do
