Vendor Feedback / Experiences / East Coast Gear Supply
« on: October 07, 2011, 12:22:42 am »
ECGS is a great place. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my 8.8 to suit my needs. I actually decided to drive down to Raleigh N. C. and have them install the 8.8 in the Tj while I hung out with some old Marine Corps buddies stationed in Jacksonville. They had it built and ready to go by 430 that afternoon which gave me plenty of time to hang out with the guys. You can find them on the net. They can build your axle and ship it free to you in just a couple days.

Rebmans Offroad Central just off Columbia Ave in Lancaster Pa is awesome!!! Had my bar pin eliminator kit put on my Tj for half the price everyone else quoted me. It's a great friendly place and the customer service is the best.

Technical Advice and Questions / Re: Need advice on lockers

I actually got the 8.8 with out the LS to save a couple bucks but I wish I would have bought it with it cause it would have saved me money in the long run. I was looking into the LS's online and came across a powertrax no-slip. Anybody have any experience with them?

Technical Advice and Questions / Need advice on lockers
« on: October 02, 2011, 01:51:18 pm »
Hi everybody! I have a 02 Tj with a 8.8 in the rear with 4:88 gearing and its my daily driver. The diff are open and I want to put a Locker in the rear that wont break the bank but also won't be too bad on-road as I drive it daily and some times go long distances. Any and all opinions would be a great help. Semper Fi!
