Title: Won't go over 55 mph

Anyone know why my cj 7 looses power at 55 mph I have 258 auto trans. Replaced all Spark plugs wires distributor cat and vacuum lines. I did leave vacuum advance n power boaster. I'm being told their should be one for trans but can't find one anywhere.

Yes just no power after 55 below 55 it's good

It's not revving to 5000 rpm at that speed?

No I'm only turning about 1700 rpm I'm thinking it may be my carb

late to the dance - but when was the last time you changed the fuel filter?  Could just be starving for gas.
