This is the last meeting before the show. Friday July 11 at 7pm.
Please post if you will be volunteering, how long and what days, especially if you will not be at the meeting.

Not sure if I will be at the meeting, but Lori and I will be there Sat. all day and Sun. until about 2:00pm.  I will also be there Friday for setup.

I'll be there from start to finish, as much as I can, if things go as planned, the show not the meeting.

Not planning on attending the meeting. Will be at setup from 10AM on Friday, and all day Saturday.

I will not be at the meeting but will work the event all day Friday.7 a.m. Also will help with clean up on Sunday. Will be an awesome show as always!! I think the weather will be cool and dry!!! Keep in mind that Mt. Zion will have their open house Friday evening at the shop in Dover!!
