At the risk of sounding like an enormous weenie.........if we get the weather currently being forcasted, I don't intend on schlepping to Rausch. That's right, I said schlepping. Heck, I'm still trying to de-ice my trailer (unsucessfully) from the last storm.  A few inches, no problem- several feet, not so much.

Anybody else feeling the same?  Is there a day/time we should check back here for a verdict? Whay say you fellas Ryan, Kevin and Mort?

My thoughts:
With snow (and an undercoating of ice), West may be inaccessible.  With slicker conditions most hill climbs, even little, may be impossible.  The last time I went (early January), there was fresh snow and some green trails were impossible due to minor hill climbs.  I'm locked f/r on 36" swampers, so, its not like I simply had an incapable rig - its just too icy.

With all of that being said, I'll still go if everyone else is interested.  Maybe we make it a half-day and just do the level greens?  Seems boring but its better than doing chores at home!   ;D

That's good feedback Ryan.

Let's check back THursday night after this storm has fallen and see how everybody is feeling???

Works for me!  If we got dumped out, we should probably call it of.  If its a few inches, we can see what everyone wants to do.

Sounds like a good plan. although running through fresh deep snow is fun. too much snow is just a lot of work.
I'll check back with everyone Thursday night or Friday morning.

I'll be the first to say I'm out..... ready for spring?

I haven't been out in so long, I think my rig might be stuck to the shop floor.
