cool, how come this is the first notice of it. we will be going.
-
I don't know...someone just sent it to me.
-
its says rti ramp do they have one or borrowing ours?
-
They are not borring ours that I know of. I do have a call into them.
I talked to the events coordinator, Nicole, over at Stetler and they are teamed up with Rausch Creek. Rausch is making them a course and bringing them an RTI ramp.
-
Damn i am missing all these shows. stupid war. Hope i can make it back in time for the big show in July
-
I talked to a couple of buddies and they said the dealership sent them emails about a month ago about this, and pa2phx keep your head down and come back safe and we will see you at the shows.
-
If it is a Dealers, New Vehicle "Jeep Show", I hope they get many more Jeeps to show, right now the rolling stock on the lot looks lame.
Have to go see, if not the New Jeeps, then the ones that roll in for the event, and the food, there is a Dairy Queen across the street, ICE CREAM :)
-
I should probably get on all the Jeep Dealers email lists......I am also not getting emails from other clubs like I used to....its kinda strange
-
I'm going to check out this show before work. Will be interesting to see what kind of obstacle course they have...and where they will put it. Maybe I'll even win a door? ;)

Anybody else going to be at Stetler's Jeep Show Sunday, registered to show or just stopping by?
-
I plan on stopping by. I might register, not sure yet.
-
we will be there, about 10 jeeps so far. registering
-
Hey Hillbilly - did you you register on their web site or are you just showing up? I registered on the website a couple days ago but I haven't heard anything so I don't know if I'm in or not.
-
5:25 pm Stetlers lot is being cleared of vehicles, no start of an obstacle course yet, but people are moving around doing brain work.
Will have another update later tonight, after my second ice cream cone. :D
-
I just rolled by there at 7:00pm and the lot is clear but I didn't see any obstacles.
-
there some property behind it, between the mall maybe there?
-
I did look at the google map first, just to see the lay of the land, don't see where it will be close by.
9;00pm Stetler's looks like a ghost town.
They parked there new and used vehicles on Weis's parking lot.
We'll see come Sunday.

Well, that was a good time! Great to see a lot of faces that I haven't seen for a while! Stetler put on a great little show and their staff couldn't have been nicer. I was glad to see the parking lot crammed with Jeeps of all styles and ages. Hope they do it again next year!

great little show, I don't know the exact count but I know I must have seen around 100 jeeps on the lot. we showed with the clan and probably a dozen others with their jeeps, ran into bob and his wife with the packmule, colli, and even Charlie was there they volunteered him to chef, his boy was there too, the we saw angie and peter and steph? they had a lot of "womens" tents there and games for the kids. the obstacle course was set up by rausch creek, it was to test out the new jk's, it was a couple whooptie whoops and then into the drainage ditch, acrossed it then highsided down the trench to the end with a hard right and a lift off back onto the black top. they also had rausch's rti ramp there that pajeeps manned for them , there was no score keeping just people wanting to flex. the rain threatened a couple times but held off for the event. they had a raffle at the end but we had to leave early for work but it was a great show and think they should do it again. probably 18 - 20 pajeep family there.

Fun little show for me, no work just socialize. The staff with Stetlers did a nice job, after the door prize raffle, Nicole, the events coordinator announced that they will have one next year.
For some event photos go to http://s1354.photobucket.com/user/packmule4x4/library/ click on "stetlers of York first jeep show".
They even let me drive a new jeep though the obstacle course, real close to a 45 degree off camber slope.
