The July 2021 Club Meeting will be held on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at 12 PM EST – 2 PM EST

This meeting is the LAST meeting before the Jeep Show.  If you are volunteering for the show, please attend this meeting.

The meeting starts at Noon in the York Township Park Building located at 33 Oak Street, York, PA. If you type York Area Regional Police into your GPS that will get you to the park, then just drive past down the hill and look for a small building on your left.

6/2/2021 UPDATE:  If the weather is good on Sunday, we will probably meet outside so bring a chair and lunch !!!  Also, there will be tshirts available for purchase ($10.00) from our Go Topless Day event at Thornton.  See you Sunday !!!


Please note that this meeting is one the 1st Sunday in June.

We are planning for a full day of events to support our K9 officers, some of the events that have already been planned are as follows. (More will be added once they are finalized.). As you know we have lost too many of our officers in blue both human and K9 and therefore the day will begin with a
Fallen K9 Hero Memorial Ride to remember those we have lost.
The ride will consist of a Convoy leaving Blaise Alexander Chevrolet of Greencastle, PA and then arriving at M & S Harley-Davidson, Inc.
Once the event kicks off we will have lots of events which will include but will not be limited to:
K9 Demonstrations
Live Band "The Cruisers"
Meet & Greets with K9 Officers
Top 25 Show and Shine
Vendors (Food and Crafts)
Kids Corner
Raffles

Outlaw Jeepers All Breeds Jeep Club will be having an event - Tires for Paws Jeep Show on Saturday September 18, 2021.  The event will take place at Bible Baptist Church 4190 N. Susquehanna Trail, York PA  17404 from 10 am to 4 pm.  This show will benefit Protection 4 Paws.

15 Jeep Award Classes, Jeep and Vehicle Vendors, Food Vendor, Raffles, Free to Spectate, $10.00 Participation Fee to show your ride.  Register at the door or online at outlawjeepers.com

PA Jeeps Club Events / Sunday April 18, 2021 50/50 Trail Day at Rausch Creek

4/12/2021 UPDATE:  Chris Borkowski is the lead for this event.

This will be a 50/50 trail clearing day at Rausch to finish the trail we started cutting 18 months ago. Last weekend we got within 75’ of finishing the trail and the group want to get the trail finished.

The plan is to meet at 8:45am on Sunday 18-April in the main parking lot at Rausch Creek. Please bring chain saws, spare chains, extra fuel and oil, gloves and loppers.

This is the day after RCrocks at Rausch and the club trail ride at AOAA, so several members want to make a weekend of it.

2021 WILLYS JEEP RALLY

First of all, we wish to apologize for the delay in informing our loyal followers as to the plans for the 2021 Willys Jeep Rally. After the turmoil of 2020, we were hesitant to finalize the event details, but Hueston Woods Lodge has been very patient with us. In the spirit of Jeep enthusiasts' positive attitudes, we are going forward with The Willys Jeep Rally on June 4 and 5, 2021 at our long-time venue, Hueston Woods State Lodge.

We did not send out pre-registration forms this year because of the uncertainty and changeability of the Covid 19 Guidelines. All registrations for the event will be made on site at the time of arrival. We ask that you be patient with us because this may take longer than usual. Please keep in mind that payment for fees must be made by cash or check at the time of registration.

All events will be fluid and will reflect the guidelines, if any, in effect at the time. We will definitely have the field demonstrations, the Jeep display and vendor area. Other activities will occur as the situation permits at the time.

The Lodge has agreed to work with us on the matter of the banquet. We ask that if you wish to attend a banquet on Saturday evening that you send us an email with your names and numbers for the banquet. Depending on the response, we will decide sometime in April whether to go forward with confirming the dining room and food for the banquet. If the numbers don't support having a banquet, we will try to arrange some other get-together for Saturday evening. So please give us your feedback on the banquet now.

We appreciate all those who have made reservations with the Lodge already. If you need reservations, please make them soon as there are a limited number of rooms still available at our special rate. The Lodge's phone number is 1-888-711-4725.

4/12/2021 UPDATE:  Hello All, I will be trail guiding at AOAA. We will plan to meet at 8:45 and roll out by 9. Please bring a lunch and dress appropriately. Also if you have not been at AOAA this year yet, please fill out their waiver on-line. This will help speed up the process signing in. I will post a follow up Thursday evening of any updates. 5/3/2021:  We will need a trail guide for this event.  Please contact me by Wednesday May 19th if you are willing to be the guide.

The May 2021 monthly Trail Ride will be held on Saturday May 22, 2021 at Rausch Creek. Meet at 0830 in the parking lot. Remember to dress for the weather and bring a lunch. Please have your club membership card with you and sign in at the office under PA Jeeps. This is not a club paid event.
Will need a trail guide for this event.
If you have any questions @events@pajeeps.org.
Please note: Minimum trail ride requirements: PA Jeeps, Inc. membership card, front & rear tow points, full size spare, tow straps with out metal hooks. Recommended equipment: fire extinguisher, first aid kit, basic tools.
