On Saturday Feb. 27th there will be a club trail ride at Rausch Creek.
This is a club ride. Meet at Rausch by 8:30 am, pack a lunch, and make sure you have warm cloths. If anyone wants to volunteer to guide please let me know. I won't know if I can make it until a few days before (tax season work has begun!) so a volunteer would be appreciated.
Please have a club membership card with you.
Thanks,
Dani :)

I will be there and Greens and blues are fine. Should be pretty muddy. Depending on who is there maybe a breakaway for a little black and join back up with the group.

Thanks for a good time, I have not wheeled like that in years. Started off on some low blue rocks to warm up the suspension and the arms. On to the pole line. I'm not a fan of water but the ice breaking was awesome. The water was between two and three feet deep with an inch of ice on top. As we broke the ice it would pop and fly up in the air in mini explosions. I have broke ice before and watched others break ice in the past but can't remember a seen like that. The next water hazard was "in the doors" deep and thankfully no one shut down in the middle of that thing. Enough of the water already. Onto "Fire Pit" for some play time, no issues there. S lead to a green blue trail then onto some major ice breaking by some lady in a black YJ, ;) That ice was like 5 inches thick. It was not hard/new ice so it would not support the rig as it broke in to various size pieces. The hill climb on the other side was a bit much, so back through the broken ice she came in time for lunch. After lunch a low black trail took me back in time as the old girl (my Scrambler) was holding her own. After the rock trail, the TATA trail let me know my primary fan was down for the count. A bit of steam and switching on my other fan we were on our way for a while. With only the second fan on it could not keep up. A cool down rest for me gave the others time to play on some harder black rocks where minor damage did occur :o A poser shot on the comp rocks ended the day.
