PA Jeeps Club Events / June 20, 2020 Monthly Trail Ride - Rausch Creek

6/8/2020 UPDATE:  Ryan Barnes will be the trailguide for the Trail Ride on June 20th.  Check this page for any updates !!!

The June monthly Trail Ride will be held on Saturday 20 June 2020 at Rausch Creek.. Meet at 0830 in the parking lot and remember to bring a lunch and dress for the weather. Please have your club membership card with you and sign in at the office under PA Jeeps. This is not a club paid event.

We will need a trail guide for this trail ride.  Please comment if you are able/willing to be the guide.

Please note:  Minimum trail ride requirements:  PA Jeeps, Inc. membership card, front & rear tow points, full size spare, tow straps with out metal hooks.  Recommended equipment: fire extinguisher, first aid kit, basic tools.

Monthly Meetings / Information / June 7, 2020 Monthly Club Meeting

UPDATE SATURDAY EVE 6/6/2020 - York County is still in the YELLOW PHASE, therefore, we have limited options for our meeting tomorrow.  The Park is open, but the facilities are technically closed.  Our normal room rental is reserved and Pavilion #2 is also reserved for us tomorrow.  Pavilion #2 is down the hill by the basketball court;  there are only 10 parking spaces   Come to our normal parking lot and look for the Quadratec Flag. 

Also, since we cannot do our normal lunch at one of the local restaurants,  feel free to bring a lunch with you so that we can share some "together time" since we've been "staying at home" since our March meeting.  Remember, we still have to abide by the Social Distancing Guidelines.  See you tomorrow !!!


UPDATE 5/18/2020 - THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE WE WILL BE MEETING OUTSIDE.  PLEASE BRING A CHAIR (THE MEETING ROOM CHAIRS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING.

Our next monthly club meeting  - Sunday June 7, 2020 at 12:00 PM in the York Township Park Building located at 33 Oak Street, York, PA. If you type York Area Regional Police into your GPS that will get you to the park, then just drive past down the hill and look for a small building on your left.

I will update as we get closer to the meeting date given that we are still in Red Phase in York County until 6/4/2020.

5/18/2020 - Let me know if you would like to be our Trail Guide on Saturday's Trail Ride at Rausch Creek.   I have been informed by the Office of the Club President, he will be attending.

The May monthly Trail Ride will be held on Saturday 23 May 2020 at Rausch Creek.. Meet at 0830 in the parking lot and remember to bring a lunch and dress for the weather. Please have your club membership card with you and sign in at the office under PA Jeeps. This is not a club paid event.

5/13/2020 UPDATE:  The meeting on Sunday 5/17/2020 scheduled for 1:00 pm at Carlisle is CANCELED - Cumberland County/Carlisle  is still in the Red Phase (Stay at Home Order) due to the CoVid 19 virus.  York County/York Township is also in the Red Phase, so we cannot meet at our normal meeting place.  Info for the June 2020 meeting will be posted today.  Stay well.

AS OF 3/30/2020 AND THE COVID 19 GUIDELINES, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED !!!

The April Club Trail Ride will be held on Saturday 18 April 2020 at Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area. Meet at 0830 in the parking lot and remember to bring a lunch and dress for the weather. 

There is a waiver for AOAA on their website  aoaatrails.com 
 
Please have your club membership card with you and sign in at the office under PA Jeeps. This is not a club paid event.

Several Members have had issues arise and spots at this Saturday's (2/29) work day at Wolf Den Run State Park have opened up. We have already purchased food for the event and do not want it to go to waste! As such, you do not need to be a member to come out with us. If you or someone you know is interested in joining us, please email "president@mdohalliance.org" and get your name on the list. So come on out, help get the next section of trails cleared that are slated to open later this year, explore a little, enjoy lunch on us and gratis entry!
