well it's the I6. but called him and was told that Hoak's gave him the wrong bearing for the clutch. turns the 37's like a champ now running stronger than ever. thanks everyone for helping to try to figure out this problem.

MY FRIEND JUST PUT IN A NEW CLUTCH IN HIS TRUCK WELL NOW HE CAN ONLY GO ABOUT 35 MPH BEFORE IT STARTS TO STALL OUT. ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF THIS.

i agree with Ted on that. For example check out the pics. from this years jeep show that Wobble posted. i took my 88xj over the big rocks after Mt. Zion took the deuce over them. And I didn't  have lockers at all just open rears . It's all on how you set up your rig. For what you want it to drive on. plus having great spotters helps out alot. so the next time there is a trip to RC just come up and just see what your limits are with your set-up.

that might be it cause when you hit a bump on the passanger side it does it. but when you hit a bump on the drivers side it doesn't go wishy washy. so it maybe one of those two things. so i guess i will start there.
