Title: electric fans

Wil it be worth installing electric fans on my rubicon im looking to get more horsepower

Not anything that will provide a significant gain versus the cost.

Thanks I was looking to do that and a programer exhuast throttle body spacer cold air intake u think ill see a difference

With that, yes you'll get some improvement.
