front axle

Put it in full time 4wheel drive and it makes a klicking noise any ideas i thought it was the ujoints. im now sure need help?

Did you put u-joints in?  Frt. driveshaft or axles ? Does it change if you make right or left turns?  Maybe worth while to change frt axle lube and look for excessive metal.  Bearings typically leave a grey color & paste . Large metal start looking at all the gears for chips.

no u-joints at all up front will be change frt. and rear lube this week it doesn't change if i turn

I would definitely look at the u-joints than.
