April 2014, EVOR 2nd Annual 4X4 Adventure

Mark your calendar for April 26th and 27th. EVOR and Snow Shoe Volunteer Fire Company will be having the 2nd Annual 4X4 Adventure. It's a Family event for kids of all ages. Saturday will be the Trail / Obstacle course. The trail is 2miles long and takes almost an hour to complete. Many challenges for the driver and machine. Stocker friendly bypasses around the harder obstacles so everyone can see what's going on. Sunday will be Mud Racing on the Newly designed mud track. Straight-A-Ways, Tight Corners and lots of MUD. Hillside seating so everyone can watch. Looking for (Participants) and Spectators. Come out and Join in the fun and help us make it grow into something we can all enjoy.

Sad News for the 4x4 Adventure. Due to insurance issues, The 4x4 Adventure has been canceled. The Insurance company has decided that they will not cover us unless we agree to not allow anyone under the age of 16 in the vehicles. Since we are a family club and some of our members have children and grandchildren that they like to include in the fun and some of the other folks that were traveling to spend the day or weekend with us also have younger children. We made the decision to cancel, rather than have people show up and either get upset and leave, or have to choose to leave the youngsters sit on the hill and watch. So if you know of anyone that was planning on coming up, PLEASE let them know that it was canceled. Thank you for your understanding. EVOR Board Members
