I talked to him on Sunday morning buy didn't get a business card from him?  I believe he may have been an owner /partner?

No Hook-ups = $17.00/Night
Electric Only = $21.00/Night
Electric/Water = $24.00/Night
Electric/Water/Sewer = $27.00/Night

So Um Rick, got 2010 dates yet!
