so i just bought w wheels of this guy they look like old soft 8's 15x8 4.5 bs 3.25 anyway looks like on one wheel the lug holes are enlarged i dont know what to do do they make a washer or something or is this wheel shot  on other3 i can insert pinky finger to the nail on that bad one i can insert full finger so i dont think nuts pulled through

That is most likely caused by the wheel not being seated / centered right on the mounting surface, drum or rotor not seated, Lugs not being tight, an impact wrench used and being over tighten or the wrong lug nuts for the for the wheel.  And Yes the wheel is junk.

OUCH....How did you not see that during pre-purchase inspection  ???
